Mark has a unique ability to bring together the four (in my case) pillars of succesful training: the biomechanics, conditioning combined with strength training, sports massage and coaching, the powerful combination I have never come accross in anyone before.
Before training with Mark, I kept going through the cycle of trying to motivate myself to go to the gym, finally going, overdoing it over a short period of time, being exhausted after each session and eventually hurting myself with one of the excercises and stopping altogether.
By starting with the biomechanics (which I highly recommend for EVERYONE) it allowed me to first bring my body to a healthy point 0 from which the actual conditioning and strength training started. This was revolutionary to me and I was amazed how quickly I had more energy and my body started toning up. I think I was surprised because I always associated these effects with really hard and exhausting workout regimes so the fact I actually wasn’t exhausted each time and could still see the results meant that I actually was able to keep up with it and not ditch it after a short period of time. So it’s a focused smart kind of training that’s sustainable.
The best thing is that it’s the first time in my life I actually enjoy excercising, which is in part because of how easy Mark makes it to incorporate into my busy schedule but also because he is a true mentor and coach at heart who focuses on the full picture and one as a person not just a client. And his generosity is truly contagious which is why I can’t stop writing this review, ha!
