​My online training and weight loss programme is tailored specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal women who want to regain vitality, improve fitness and manage weight effectively. It is designed to address the unique needs of this phase of life.


My program revolves around a holistic approach to wellness, blending training with nutritional guidance. My app delivers structured strength and fitness programs to prevent burnout and maintain hormonal balance, helping to alleviate menopausal symptoms.

Mark R Fitness - Menopause Fitness

No matter what your current fitness level or ability is, you’ll find each session just right in intensity for exactly where you are right now. With a choice of six sessions to choose from, you are in complete control of how many sessions you do per week.

Each training cycle lasts 12 weeks and contains just the right amount of intensity to get the results you are after, while increasing your fitness levels, gaining strength and muscle tone, without putting too much stress on your body, to help avoid further hormonal imbalances caused by the menopause. You'll also be making smart lifestyle changes along the way. 

I'll be using continuous blood glucose monitoring to provide real-time insights into your metabolic health. By balancing blood sugar levels, this helps to lower inflammation and facilitate sustainable weight loss, balance hormones and increase insulin sensitivity.

You'll be able to join our weekly group coaching calls to help support you along your journey, while  addressing any queries you might have, as well as educating you on hormones, calories and more. 


Private life coaching is also available to help overcome any obstacles hindering your progress, whatever that might be. A coaching session is a fantastic way for me as your coach to listen to your struggles and help you to make a plan going forward, with improved clarity and focus.

My goal is to empower you with tools and knowledge for long-term lifestyle transformation. With gradual training and nutritional adjustments personalised to your fitness levels, my aim is to help you regain energy, shed excess weight and embrace vitality.
