With over a decade’s experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and professional boxing trainer, I’ve worked successfully with hundreds of clients – from professional boxing champions to actors preparing for film roles to getting celebrities ready for the red carpet to getting brides in shape for the for the big day to helping mums to lose their baby weight – and everything in between. This programme is based on everything I’ve learned about what works and what doesn’t work.

After that you again submit your photographs, results and feedback to receive the last 4 rounds (9 to 12) “The Championship Rounds.” Once you have been through the plan and I have worked with you, answered your questions, and you have received support from the group, you will know so much more about how achieve the results you have always desired. I started Mark’s online plan in order to lose some excess weight I gained through taking a very high dose of steroids due to health reasons. I felt to embarrassed to go to the gym.
