“Mark has been testing me with his biomechanics work for 8 weeks now. With measurement of my legs he discovered one leg a millimetre out on one side. This leg has always been a bit stiff in the hip and I have a bunion on my foot. The hip releases have eased my hip, my leg and unexpectedly my arm which my dog had yanked and it has increased my capacity to breath deeply. The end game should also re align my leg so that my bunion doesn’t grow anymore. Now when I don’t do the exercises I feel by body really need them. Like having a regular massage. How I explained it to a friend is its aligning your skeleton so that everything works better. I am still a work in progress but the bio mechanics is now a regular part of our week and I think its perfect application is for injury. Getting the body back to normal if muscles have weakened or bones broken seems to me a no brainer.”
